Ocular surface restoration, corneal modelling by photochemical treatment, intrastromal femto-second laser ablation, corneal banking & corneal transplantation.

Medical Director of The Danish Eye Bank since 2009. The bank has been reorganised and modernised through the last years, and includes a staff of a technical manager, 3 technicians, and 2 tissue coordinators.
Clinical Director of the corneal and refractive surgery service at Aarhus University Hospital since 2007. The staff team includes 4 optometrists, 2 medical doctors, 2 operating nurses, and one secretary. The team performs 1.500 surgical annual procedures including corneal transplantation (penetrating, anterior, and posterior lamellar), minor surface procedures for pterygium, and laser refractive procedures (PRK, femtosecond-LASIK, ReLEx).
